Hit the links. Pittsburgh's public golf courses are #2 in the country
Good news for golfers and Pittsburgh lovers via @popcitypgh
Golf Digest gives Pittsburgh high marks as a great place for public golf courses. The criteria was five-fold: the cost to play, number and quality of the courses, accessibility and climate (okay, so four out of five ain’t bad).
Birdsfoot Golf Club and the Pete Dye course at Nemocolin Woodlands were among the best places to play public.
